Over the weekend, Beirut—the recording project of Zach Condon—announced their new album Gallipoli. Now, it's confirmed that the record is due out February 1 via 4AD. Listen to the title track below. In a note posted to the band’s website, Condon described the full recording process, which saw him reunite with producer Gabe Wax (who worked on the band’s last record, 2015’s No No No). The album is named after the Italian town where Condon wrote the title track. The album was recorded in New York City, Berlin, and Puglia. Check out the full text of Condon’s album announcement here.

Beirut has also announced dates in North America and Europe, starting February 10. Find the dates on Beirut's website.
