Japanese DJ, producer, and Bape founder Nigo has tapped A$AP Rocky for his new song “Arya.” It’s from I Know Nigo, his first solo album in nearly two decades. Listen to “Arya” below.
Nigo is the founder of A Bathing Ape (aka Bape) and also the hip-hop group Teriyaki Boyz. His new album is coming out on March 25 (via Victor Victor Worldwide/Republic). On Instagram, Nigo has said that his record features Rocky, Tyler, the Creator, Pharrell, Kid Cudi, Lil Uzi Vert, Pusha T, Fam-Lay, Teriyaki Boyz, and more.
A$AP Rocky’s most recent album, Testing, came out in 2018. Since then, the rapper has been working on a follow-up album called All Smiles that allegedly features a collaboration with Morrissey. Last year, A$AP Rocky released several new songs—including “Sandman,” the Slowthai collaboration “Mazza,” and “Lane Switcha”—and brought his classic LP Live. Love. A$AP to streaming services for the first time.
