Chance the Rapper has forthcoming projects with Kanye West and Childish Gambino. In a new interview with Peter Rosenberg for Complex, he shared, “I've been actively working on the project with Childish. I’m going to do a seven-track with Ye.” He and Kanye are slated to begin working together in July. As for Gambino, Chance explained, “We’ve got six songs that are all fire, but I think the album is going to be more than 14 songs.” Watch it go down below beginning at the 12:30 mark.
Kanye recently released several new albums, including a collaboration with Kid Cudi, Kids See Ghosts, and a new solo album, ye. (He earned his eighth consecutive No. 1 album for the latter.) He also recently produced new albums for Nas, Pusha-T, and Teyana Taylor.
Chance recently brought out Donald Glover to perform his Childish Gambino song “This Is America” during an Open Mike Chicago event. The two have worked together several times in the past, and last year Glover said a collaborative mixtape between them would “probably happen.”
