Ghostface Killah has blasted controversial pharmaceuticals CEO Martin Shkreli, calling him a "shithead" and criticizing his decision to raise the price of AIDS drug Daraprim, as TMZ reports. "I don’t even know him," Ghostface said. "But I know what he did with the AIDS [drug] like that, that’s not right, that’s not right." Watch video of his comments below. Update (3:04 p.m.): Shkreli has responded to Ghostface on Twitter, calling him a "non-profit rapper". Find his retort below.

In December, Wu-Tang Clan's one-of-a-kind album, Once Upon a Time in Shaolin, was sold to Shkreli for $2 million. Shkreli has since been arrested on charges of securities fraud. There was some speculation that the album had been seized during the arrest, but those rumors were explicitly shot down by the FBI.

When asked about the sale of the album to Shkreli, Ghostface said it was "out of my hands." But he said "the people" should own it, and that Shkreli should release it.

Update (1/26, 11:17 a.m.): TMZ caught up with Ghostface again, and solicited his feelings on Shkreli. This time, Ghost made fun of Shrekli's nose, comparing it to Michael Jackson's, and told the ex-CEO "I'll break your heart in four days." Watch that below, too.
