GAME CHANGES

In addition to bug fixes, the update includes these changes that affect the game experience:

  • Homestead: Fixed issue where AI would aggressively return to the race line upon existing the pits at the Homestead – Road Circuit.
  • Silverstone: Fixed issue where driving over red concrete squares can slow down the player’s car.
  • Yas Marina: Adjusted the overall track surface to feel less bumpy and smoother to drive on.
  • Yas Marina: Smoothened the rumble strips on turns 14 and 15 as they previously felt too bumpy and sometimes caused the player to lose control of their car.
  • 2018 Audi #44 R8 LMS GT3: Rebalanced this car to be more competitive, fairer and in line with its opponents in the Forza GT Spec Series in Featured Multiplayer.
  • 2011 CitroĂ«n DS3 Racing: Fixed issue where livery was missing logos from the real-life car.
  • 1989 Mercedes-Benz #63 Sauber-Mercedes C 9: Fixed issue where the V8 engine audio is inaccurate compared to its real-life counterpart.
  • Fixed issue preventing stock rear wing from being painted on several cars.

See the full Release Notes and bug fixes at Forza Support and remember to put all bug discussion in FM Report New Issues and FM Car Issues so the team can quickly monitor the number of players affected and specific details.

Four weeks of Formula Mazda in Featured Multiplayer? Count me well out, especially with the current online experience of game crashes and dirty drivers.

I think offering no major bug fixes is an absolute disgrace to the community.

This update is real message to community…

After this we will need to wait one more month for desperately needed bug fixes or any adjustments to the game…

We got track that needed to be in the game from the start, and some old cars that are just returning to roster…

It was holidays time so they get one more chance from me, if Update 5 is same again that will be good bye from me…

And with player numbers like FM has, every player is needed…

WHERE ARE THE BUG FIXES? jfccc… literally over 1000 tickets and this is what we get?

Edit: The censorship is real here. I wish we could get that same energy into fixing the game…

I mean it still has the replay feature pulled from it…

It’s a hot mess if you stand back and think of all the things broken with it.

All the people that paid up money for pre-ordering certainly need a refund or a rebate on it.

Not having working replays 3 months in is everything anybody needs to know about this “game”…

Come on guys, give them some credit. If they carry on with the track updates, by this time next year we’ll have the same amount as we did in FM7. They’ll have to step on the gas with other content to reach parity though

Seeing an apparently permanent Formula Mazda lobby made me kind of excited. Good handling, balanced cars that are tough to drive fast made Formula Mazda my favorite spec lobby so far.

Plus it’s refreshing not having to deal with the guys that think drag builds are good for road racing.

The spec aspect is cool, nice that there is a more permanent lobby we can work through.

I’m just concerned about the open-wheel nature and the horrendous lag and vehicle positioning glitches that occur during a race. There’s not enough predictability in online car positions to trust going 2 wide through a corner in a 1200 pound open-wheel car.

So what bug fixes are happening ?

Please just pause all cars tracks anything just make the game playable ! first then re-add all the cars and tracks you took away that were already in past titles. then maybe we can talk about adding new stuff. First fix the game and add the old stuff back.

T10 is so tone def

This game has been Exhibit A on why Games as a Service is a joke unless the game launches in good shape.

No matter how much held back content you release, if the gameplay is shallow and nothing but a repetitive grind, it makes no difference.

Has anyone in Turn 10 actually visited a race track? Ever? Show of hands, please.

Please don’t tell me the pit exit is still blocked?

I know everyone wants to see the bug fixes and features, but you shouldnt be too surprised. Coming out in Oct I am guessing all content updates were already prepped and ready with the holidays in mind. Im all for waiting 1 more month to see if they are gonna make efforts to do what they said. And id you see the posts I have made in the past I have not said many nice things about this game yet
