NOw that I think about it. Is this Toros first appearance in the west?
They were in the amazing PS Allstars. I can't blame you for forgetting that though ;)
Also bizarrely, both Sony mascots (Toro and whatitsface) also show up as one of several PS3/Vita exclusive characters in Street Fighter X Tekken (which for reasons had both Sony mascots, Cole from ImFamous, Pac Man and Bad Box Art Mega Man as exclusive characters). So weird that so many were exclusive to the PS3...
There was a Toro friends thing on the Vita that I still have Twitter and PSN friends from.

Thoughts on Days Gone so far:
Im very early in the game. Its transitions is wonky as hell, and even when going between cutscene to cutscene they have abrupt endings and beginnings.Some voiceacting has been very... Bad, like literally one of the first dudes you meet (At the helicopter) wasn't good. Also, is the aiming supposed to be like this? It feels like if I aim at an enemy it shoots a little bit to the left, feels like I miss. Basically use 3 bullets on every single enemy...? I migjt just suck lol
However! Deacon and Boozeman is awesome so far. I love the world for the like two hours I've been playing. The bike feels like I have to get used to, I drive into a lot of stuff lol. The zombies (Freakers???) look cool, remind me a bit of World War Z. Also, children zombies, fuck yeah!
Biggest dissapointment: Bad sound when shooting shotgun lol

4 more months... im so ready. I hate my PS4 now, its so slow. The OS is a mess. Downloading a patch within seconds just to wait for the copying bullshit for another 15+ min is so annoying. Also everytime i want to leave a game the OS gets on his knees and lagging the hell out. Inb4 rebuilding database. Tried it, it doesnt help.
This will be only my 2nd ever SP game, I played about 10 or so hours of the first Infamous on PS3 years ago but that's it.
Never gave Second Son or First Light a try? I think SS was free on Plus few years back.
I got tired of it and sold it, at least I'll have some great games for launch like TLOUP2 and GoT

Yeah, definitely would have been a late year game, just hoping we'll get a 2nd trailer for the game within the next few months.
Would be nice to be able to buy it right on PS5 instead of getting it for PS4.

My sentiments exactly. For about 2 months now my OG Pro has gotten slow. Spotify barely works and of course, it sounds like it's taking off playing graphically and CPU intense games. PS5 can't come sooner.

Never got the chance, did like the first infamous game though just never beat it so never tried the newer games yet. Must have missed it on PS+ as there have been times i wasn't subscribed. Will probably try them one day though.
Because usually they lock upgrades, loot, perks and trophies behind them. Want to get the best armor and hit max level and get all abilities? you have to do all these repetitive activities that are not fun in the slightest
You don't suck, the guns at the start purposely suck ass. You get better ones later on. And yeah, transitions are super weird because originally you were supposed to make choices in the game. There are parts later on that are cut extremely weird, almost like there used to be gameplay sections between scenes lol. The characters and hordes are really what shone with me though, got the Platinum myself.
Also shotguns not only sound bad but are bad, Imo lol.
I am with you on this. Make a dense game, not a sprawling game. I do not want to traverse for 10 minutes to just reach a point of interest. Also, make those points of interest different, not more of the same.
Good thing I was planning to put you guys near each other anyway. but thanks, its got me some inspiration.
Yeah, so far Im finding more enjoyement of traveling the world and burning nests and looking for NERO outposts. But holy shit Copeland and Boozer calls me no joke once a minute, it feels like the game don't want me to do the open world stuff and stick to the story lol.
Ran into my first horde by mistake and got absolutely slaughtered. :P
Okay, yeah Im usually a pretty good aim in video games, I had no clue what I was doing wrong lol. And I had no clue it was supposed to have choices but it explains some things for sure. My favourite transition is when Deacon is standing over someone pointing his gun and he looks bad ass as hell and it cuts to black and all of the sudden you're in the game lol. I think it has happened three times so far.
I might sound overly negative about it, but I actually really like it so far. I will get the platinum myself :)
Yeah, I kinda feel ya. After having played and platinumed the last of us part 2 I don't think shotguns will compare for a while. Blowing limbs off...Jesus.
