Mankind Divided and HR don't even come close to scale and complexity of Cyberpunks world so I doubt they can. Everyone loves to rag on CP 77 but basically no developer could achieve what they did besides maybe Rockstar or Naughty Dog.Have yet to play Cyberpunk 2077, but Mankind Divided is an incredible cyberpunk experience, so please do.
