Fortnite Chilly Gnome locations - search for chilly gnomes
With all the tasks for Season 7 of Fortnite now available, it seems that the gnomes are still eluding some people - even though they are completely frozen in place. If you ask me, they were cheeky little scamps in the past, so this predicament serves them right! But you must liberate them from their icy prisons, and so our guide will go over the locations for the gnomes, as well as exactly what you need to keep an ear out for.

Search for Chilly Gnomes
This challenge features those pesky gnomes, who are hidden around the map, shivering because they've been left to freeze. If you hear them shivering, try to head in that direction as they get louder the closer you are. You need seven of them and they can be found in various locations, all exclusively in the snow biome. Note that we've specified eight locations, thus allowing you to plan your route to find them optimally.
By a tower southeast of the castle on Polar Peak. There is a campfire with some tents near it. The gnome should be among them.
By this large tree on a hill just south of Shifty Shafts. You may need to approach this either with building materials or the ziplines nearby.
On a hill south of the unnamed factory, just east of where Viking Mountain is. You still need to be on top of the mountain, which is south-east of Snobby Shores.
South of Snobby Shores, this one is on top of the hill with a solitary tree. You should be able to see Snobby Shores from this position, but make sure that you examine it to check it off the list.
South of Viking Mountain by the factory. Look to the south of that location for the frozen gnome.
West of Lucky Landing. It's down the slope that leads towards Happy Hamlet.
In the northern part of Happy Hamlet, it's just around the back of the northern-most house in the village. There should be a stone monument in a garden down the hill to the west and a tree just outside the property.
Towards the south-western point of the map, there is a separate island which has a bunker of sorts on it. Fly there using a X-4 Stormwing (More on them in our Fortnite vehicles guide) and land safely so that you can get off the island easily. This gnome is frozen on the north-western tip of this island, facing the mainland.
