Pragmata, a mysterious new game from Capcom, was announced today during the Sony PlayStation livestreamed event. Little is known about the game, but a trailer shows a man in a spacesuit grappling with unknown powers that have corrupted the planet Earth. The release window is set for 2022.

In the trailer, Pragmata shows its main character walking around the streets of a major urban center in a hardened spacesuit. On his back is an articulated arm, which creates capsules that the main character can shoot out of a small pistol. The first capsule allows him to see a record of what happened on the streets — shimmering artifacts of men, women, children, and their pets.

One of those people, a young girl, solidifies and walks toward the man. That’s when a space station falls out of orbit, throwing both the man and the child onto the moon.
