Over the past decade, e-commerce has grown in popularity, with the number of e-commerce users expected surpass 99 million by 2029. In addition, the annual gross merchandise volume (GMV) of the e-commerce market in Indonesia is set to reach 150 billion U.S. dollars by 2030, more than double compared to the figure in 2022.Indonesia’s expanding internet access has transformed daily activities, boosting connectivity, and economic growth.
