A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Transformers star Shia LaBeouf after he failed to show up to a court hearing.
The actor did not attend a court in Burbank, California, yesterday to answer a ticket received for unlawful smoking outside a gift shop last month.
His lawyer was also absent and a $1,000 bench warrant was issued for LaBeouf's arrest.
The 21-year-old was also booked in November after refusing to leave a Chicago drug store while drunk after a night on the town. A misdemeanour criminal trespassing charge was subsequently dropped.
He later admitted that he was "completely embarrassed" about the events leading up to his arrest.
LaBeouf can next be seen in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, which opens worldwide in May.
