Sea of Thieves Passes 15 Million Players
Xbox has revealed that Sea of Thieves has passed 15 million players. The game's Steam launch this summer has sold over 1 million copies. In June Sea of Thieves launched on Steam, the game hit its biggest month, with 3.3 million players looting, scooting, and sailing.
A reinvigorated PC audience checking out the game, watching, streaming, and exploring the pirate life has certainly contributed to throng of scoundrels.
For some perspective and contrast, Sea of Thieves was at the 10 million mark in January - so it's been moving fast this year across the briny depths!
