DJ Khaled Scores Second Streaming Songs No. 1 Debut With ‘Staying Alive’

The song, which features Drake and Lil Baby, is his first Streaming Songs No. 1 since "I'm the One" in 2017.

DJ Khaled’s “Staying Alive,” featuring Drake and Lil Baby, debuts at No. 1 on Billboard’s Streaming Songs chart dated Aug. 20.

In the Aug. 5-11 tracking week, “Alive” earned 23.5 million official U.S. streams, according to Luminate.

DJ Khaled had reached No. 1 on Streaming Songs one other time: “I’m the One,” which featured Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance the Rapper and Lil Wayne, debuted atop the list dated May 20, 2017.

Between “One” and “Alive,” he earned six top 10s, led by the Rihanna– and Bryson Tiller-featuring “Wild Thoughts” in 2017 and most recently with “Every Chance I Get,” featuring Lil Baby and Lil Durk, last year at No. 9.

Lil Baby hits No. 1 on Streaming Songs for the fourth time and first since “Woah” in 2019, while it’s Drake’s chart-leading 14th leader, following the two-week reign of “Jimmy Cooks,” featuring 21 Savage, in July.
