Britney Spears was born in McComb, Miss., and raised in Kentwood, La. Her birthday is Dec. 2, 1981, and her height is 5'4". She first found fame as a cast member on 'The All New Mickey Mouse Club,' before moving on to music when she signed a record deal with Jive in 1997, when she was just 15. She released her debut studio album '...Baby One More Time' in 1999; the set topped the Billboard 200 for six weeks, while its title track and lead single topped the Hot 100 for two weeks. Sophomore album 'Oops!... I Did It Again' also reached No. 1, with its lead single and title track also topping the songs tally. The pop star would go on to have a string of hit songs, including "Womanzier," "3," "Hold It Against Me" and Rihanna collab "S&M." She has also worked with Madonna, will.i.am, Elton John, G-Eazy and others. On the Grammys front, her hit song "Toxic" won the trophy for best dance recording in 2005. In addition to music, Spears has also starred in the 2002 movie 'Crossroads' alongside Zoe Saldana and Anson Mount.
