Crystal Waters wades to her first top 10 on Billboard‘s Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales chart (dated Feb. 6) with “100% Pure Love,” a re-entry at No. 9. The ’90s classic appears for the first time in a decade, having previously spent a week on the list in February 2011.

“Love” sold 1,000 downloads, up 705%, in the week ending Jan. 28, according to MRC Data. Sparking its surge, the track was the subject of a competitive lip sync between drag queens Denali and Kahmora Hall on the Jan. 22 broadcast of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

While “Love” is Waters’ only career entry on Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales (which began in 2010), she tallied 12 No. 1s among 15 top 10s and 20 total chart hits on the Dance Club Songs chart from 1991 to 2019. That haul includes “Love,” which topped the tally in May 1994. Later that year, it reached No. 7 on the Pop Airplay chart and No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Shifting to Hot Dance/Electronic Songs, Silk City, the production duo of Diplo and Mark Ronson, snags a No. 12 start with “New Love,” featuring Ellie Goulding. The track earned 1.3 million U.S. streams and sold 500 downloads in the tracking week.

Silk City scores its fourth Hot Dance/Electronic Songs appearance, highest debut and second-highest rank, after “Electricity,” with Dua Lipa (No. 5 peak, November 2018). For singer Goulding, “New” marks her 10th entry since the chart’s 2013 inception. She has two career-best No. 2 hits among five top 10s: “Outside” (by Calvin Harris featuring Goulding; 2015) and her previous collaboration with Diplo “Close to Me” (featuring Swae Lee; 2019).

Additionally on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs, Irish electronic duo Bicep muscles its way back with “Apricots” (No. 45, a new high). The track, which collected 209,000 domestic streams in the tracking week, is on the act’s full-length Isles, which bows at No. 12 on Top Dance/Electronic Albums. Isles earned 3,000 equivalent album units, including 2,000 from album sales, and becomes Bicep’s inaugural entry on the list.
