Was just about to mention this too. I remember seeing this in store and laughing about how badly it looked. It seriously looked like a shitty budget title and I didn't even bother to look at the back of the case. Just wrote it off based off the front, which I'm sure most did too. And oh boy was I wrong ICO is seriously one of the most beautiful games in existence and it was completely betrayed by the fact that it suffered from a horribly misleading box art.

For such a prestigious franchise these days, the Elder Scrolls sure had a bad looking initial cover, I mean really if you saw this in a game store I highly doubt you would even consider buying it. It just really, really screams of 90s cheese to be perfectly honest.
