Xbox to Permanently Ditch Exclusives
Head of Microsoft’s gaming division, Phil Spencer, announced that the company may completely abandon Xbox exclusives as it harms their business. Previously, he mentioned that it was the only way to compete with Sony.
Xbox exclusives have been released on rival platforms since the beginning of the year, and the experiment was deemed successful.
This is why the decision was made to make Indiana Jones and the Great Circle a temporary exclusive. The game will be released on PlayStation 5 next spring.
