Watch Nintendo’s new Indie World stream

Nintendo is airing a new Indie World Showcase on Wednesday, promising another 20-minute look at the independent games on their way soon to the Nintendo Switch. Catch it all with us and your fellow readers right here.

The Indie World livestream gets going at noon EDT/9 a.m. PDT on Aug. 11. The YouTube livestream is above. Or check it out at Nintendo’s official website, or the company’s Twitch channel.

Nintendo last aired an Indie World update in April, showing off Road 96, Oxenfree 2: Lost Signals, OlliOlli World, GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon, Skul: The Hero Slayer, and Art of Rally.

While Nintendo usually keeps these quarterly rotations fresh, we could see additional mentions of Oxenfree 2 or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge, which were shown in April and given summer launch windows, but no specific date yet.

And, of course, Nintendo frequently announces new indie games available in the eShop on the same day as an Indie World broadcast, so we could get some titles that are playable on Wednesday.
