In early August, New Age Doom announced a full-length collaboration with Lee “Scratch” Perry called Lee “Scratch” Perry’s Guide to the Universe. The album is out November 5 and includes the lead single “Life Is an Experiment.”
Now, two weeks after Perry’s death, New Age Doom have released the new song “Holy Dub.” The video, directed by Shane Morgan, is a tribute to Perry and includes live and studio footage of the musician, captured by his partner Lady Nigel Butterfly mostly during Perry’s Blackboard Jungle Dub 45th anniversary tour.
