The Cure Releases “Director’s Cut” of Disintegration 30th Anniversary Concert: Watch

The Cure have shared a brand new “Director’s Cut” of the 30th anniversary efficiency of their 1989 album Disintegration on the Sydney Opera House in Sydney, Australia. Check out the movies for his or her performances of “Plainsong,” “Pictures of You,” and “Disintegration” under.

The new footage was recorded throughout the live stream of their fifth and ultimate Vivid LIVE efficiency on May 30 by British filmmaker Nick Wickham. While the band has solely launched three songs from the efficiency, Cure frontman Robert Smith stated in an announcement that the discharge of the remainder of the live performance footage “can’t be too far away.”

In October, the Cure launched 40 LIVE – CURÆTION-25 + ANNIVERSARY, a brand new field set that includes two live performance movies recorded because the band celebrated their 40th anniversary as a bunch in 2018.
