Rapper Tay-K has been indicted on a capital homicide cost in Bexar County, Texas, as San Antonio ABC affiliate KSAT News studies. The cost stems from a 2017 incident, wherein Tay-Okay allegedly shot and killed a 23-year-old photographer named Mark Anthony Saldivar throughout a theft.

The incident occurred on April 23, 2017, when Tay-Okay, whose actual identify is Taymor Travon McIntyre, allegedly shot Saldivar after stealing the photographer’s gear in San Antonio. Tay-Okay was on the lam on the time of the capturing, fleeing home arrest after he was apprehended for participating in a botched robbery that left one man dead in 2016.

The rapper was apprehended once more and finally sentenced to 55 years in prison after being discovered responsible of homicide stemming from the 2016 incident. According to KSAT, Tay-Okay is at present being detained on the Bexar County Jail, the place he awaits trial.
