Revered as probably the greatest RPGs of all time, Chrono Trigger’s PC launch on Steam hasn’t fairly gone to plan, with the sport sitting on a “mostly negative” (39% constructive) evaluate ranking.
In an effort to handle among the backlash, Square Enix took to Chrono Trigger’s Steam news page to say that they have been wanting into the issues, and requested followers to be vigilant for updates.
Their full assertion is as follows:
“Hi everybody, thanks for the suggestions you’ve shared up to now concerning Chrono Trigger.

Our personal Alex Donaldson outlined simply a few of his problems with this iteration of Chrono Trigger, saying:
“There’s a characterless font, touch-based control elements that remain present even when using a controller, an unceremonious booting to a system-level text input box every time you need to name a character and an awful smudgy vaseline filter that’s applied to the game’s beautiful sprite artwork. It’s a disaster.”
