I suspect adding Rogue to Marvel Rivals was a substantial technical effort for NetEase. Because her core ability involves copying and animating other characters’ powers, the studio will likely invest a lot of resources to voice, animate and balance each interaction as additional heroes join the game — which should keep Rogue’s voice actor, Lenore Zann, very busy.
Rogue is scheduled to join Marvel Rivals as part of the game’s Season 5.5 update, which also includes a variety of balance changes, on December 12.
