R. Kelly is dealing with prison fees for sexual misconduct in Hennepin County, Minnesota, in line with TMZ, the St. Paul Pioneer Press, and Minneapolis’ FOX 9. The Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman announced the fees at a press conference immediately (August 5).
