Just a fast reminder that D.Va is now accessible as playable character in Heroes of the Storm.
The Overwatch tank’s backstory for Heroes of the Storm sees the World champion skilled gamer and “burgeoning global icon” Hana Song (D.Va) battling to guard her homeland as a member of South Korea’s elite MEKA unit. So, principally the same as in Overwatch, from what I collect.
Be positive to check out the patch notes which embody the addition of D.Va over on the Battle.internet boards.

Her abilities are listed under and are demonstrated within the screenshots posted within the gallery:
- Mech Mode / Pilot Mode — D.Va pilots her MEKA in battle; when her Mech is destroyed, she’s ejected and might proceed to struggle on foot in Pilot Mode
- Call Mech — Call a brand new Mech and enter Mech Mode; every Basic Attack in Pilot Mode lowers this ability cooldown
- Defense Matrix — While in Mech Mode, channel a defensive discipline within the goal path, lowering harm dealt by enemy Heroes inside it
- Self-Destruct — Eject from the Mech, setting it to self-destruct and inflicting it to deal medium to huge harm in a big space
