The final consumer form of PlayStation VR will ship with a processing unit just a little smaller than Nintendo’s Wii console, a Polygon report has revealed.

Polygon got to try out what was confirmed to be the final retail version of the VR headset during a demo of VirZoom bike earlier this month.

“The black box looked a bit smaller than a Wii and is used to process the VR graphics and sort out the second-screen social experience on the television,” explains the Polygon report.

The processing box sits between the headset and the PlayStation 4.

Sony has yet to officially talk about PlayStation VR pricing, but has said it intends to launch the device in the first half of 2016.
