Netflix Cancels “The OA” After Two Seasons

Netflix’s “The OA”—created by Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij—is not going to be returning for a 3rd season, in response to The Hollywood Reporter. The present, which premiered in December 2016, starred Marling as a younger girl who, after vanishing for seven years, returns dwelling with mysterious new powers. “The OA” additionally featured Sharon Van Etten and a score by Batmanglij’s brother Rostam. The present’s final season was launched in March.
