MySims and MySims Kingdom Arrive on Consoles Next Week

MySims: Cozy Bundle Arrives on PS5 and Xbox Series X

MySims: Cozy Bundle—a curated re-release that brings together MySims and MySims Kingdom—is headed to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, according to an announcement from EA. Read EA’s official announcement.

Designed originally for a younger audience, the MySims franchise debuted on Nintendo DS and Wii in 2007. Unlike the mainline Sims titles, which emphasize detailed life-simulation and household micromanagement, MySims adopts a more compact approach: players revive a neglected town by completing tasks, restoring buildings and enticing new inhabitants. MySims Kingdom follows the same restorative premise but places you in a decaying kingdom with a touch of regal charm.

The games still offer satisfying customization—especially when it comes to furnishing and decorating residents’ homes—but character models are intentionally simplified and blockier than those in the core Sims series. The experience is closer to cozy life-sim franchises like Animal Crossing, prioritizing community-building, interior design and small, character-driven objectives over multigenerational family simulation and complex household dynamics.

EA first signaled the MySims revival during The Sims 25th anniversary in 2024. The Cozy Bundle launched for Nintendo Switch in November 2024, arrived on Windows PC in March 2025, and was added to Apple Arcade earlier in November 2025. Console players can expect the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X editions to release on November 18, 2025; the bundle is priced at $40. For additional coverage, see the original report on GameSpot.
