“At Warhorse Studios we feel at home in the RPG genre. We want to establish ourselves as the new leaders in role‑playing games. We believe our approach is distinctive, and our next project will follow the same path — it will be immersive RPGs,” the studio added.
Had Warhorse made claims like this before Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 launched — a title now competing for Game of the Year alongside Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Donkey Kong Bananza, and Hollow Knight: Silksong — it might have sounded audacious. The original Kingdom Come was a bold RPG with graphics ahead of its time; the sequel refines and improves nearly every aspect. In the meantime, here are the best RPGs you can play right now.
