Collins-Laflamme reiterated his candid assessment of Hytale’s current state: “I don’t think the game is good yet,” he said, but promised, “my team and I will push hard to make it good, then great.”

On timing, he said he’s working to “lock down the release date ASAP,” but given how much remains to be done, a near-term launch appears unlikely.
