How to watch Nintendo at E3 2021

Nintendo will stream a new Nintendo Direct presentation at E3 2021 on Tuesday, where the company plans to reveal new details on upcoming Nintendo Switch games. Nintendo will then offer a longer look at its Switch lineup in a new three-hour Nintendo Treehouse Live stream immediately following today’s Nintendo Direct.

The company set expectations about Tuesday’s Nintendo Direct, promising “roughly 40 minutes of info focused exclusively on Nintendo Switch software,” mostly for games scheduled to arrive in 2021. In other words, don’t count on Nintendo announcing that New Nintendo Switch Pro during today’s livestream.

Nintendo’s E3 2021 Nintendo Direct will start at 12 p.m. EDT/9 a.m. PDT, and you can watch it live via YouTube and Twitch. The Treehouse Live stream will begin after the Direct concludes, and promises deep dives into gameplay.

Nintendo’s currently confirmed lineup for Nintendo Switch includes Mario Golf: Super Rush, Project Triangle Strategy, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD, Splatoon 3, and a sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. We’re also still waiting on news about Bayonetta 3 and Metroid Prime 4, both of which were announced in 2017.
