Earlier this yr, Guns N’ Roses sued a brewery over a beer and accompanying merchandise referred to as Guns ‘N’ Rosé. The band and Oskar Blues Brewery have now agreed to settle the lawsuit, Reuters reports.

In the preliminary lawsuit, the band claimed that the brewery—a part of the Canarchy Craft Brewery Collective’s Oskar Blues Brewery—have been promoting “infringing products and intentionally trade on the GNR’s goodwill, prestige, and fame without GNR’s approval, license, or consent.” The band claimed they contacted the brewery previous to the lawsuit in an try to cease their trademark submitting.
