GTA 5 has had its share of bother over the previous couple of weeks, with reviews on Steam plummeting after Take Two shut down popular single-player mod OpenIV.

You can catch up with the saga here, and watch the hilarious accompanying video made in-game that depicts Rockstar and Take Two as gun-toting safety personnel slaughtering mod creators.

The excellent news is that OpenIV is back online, and the week after, GTA 5 was on the prime of the UK charts.

Rockstar’s intervention might have been a contributing issue, however there’s not lots of competitors proper now.

GTA 5 now has 13 weeks at No.1 below its belt, tying with Zumba Fitness. The subsequent file to beat is Wii Fit’s 16 weeks. Who Wants to be a Millionaire’s 18 week file is a purpose for one more day.

Last week, Horizon Zero Dawn was again at No.1, whereas Arms debuted at No.2. GTA 5 was at No.three, and has been someplace amongst the highest 5 titles for what looks as if ceaselessly.

Horizon Zero Dawn’s value promo is over, and the title has dropped to No.eight this week. Ghost Recon: Wildlands has jumped from No.14 to No.four with a serving to hand from one other promotion.
