
By contrast, Ghost of Tsushima moved 2.4 million copies in its first three days and reached five million units within four months, per Sony’s reports. Tsushima also benefited from sustained sales momentum and launched during a period of elevated gaming spending amid the COVID-19 pandemic, so matching its long-term trajectory will be a tough ask. Still, Yotei’s 3.3 million first-month performance gives it a solid chance if it can maintain that pace.
