Fugees’ Pras Pleads Not Guilty to Federal Campaign Finance Crimes

Last week, ex-Fugees member Prakazrel “Pras” Michel was charged with a federal marketing campaign finance crime and different fees in a four-count indictment revealed by the U.S. Department of Justice. The fees stemmed from Pras’ alleged facilitation of the switch of $21,600,000 into the United States for the needs of funneling the cash into the U.S. presidential election.

Now, Michel has pleaded not responsible in D.C. courtroom, as The Washington Post studies. According to the Post, Pras acknowledged he feels he’s “totally innocent” and stated after his listening to, “My lawyer is going to handle the whole trial. I am going to be in full compliance.”

Meanwhile, Bloomberg studies that Pras plugged a brand new “9-track recording titled Elon Musk,” due out on the finish of June, which he apparently stated will contact on the case. (The Post reported equally, although that report didn’t specify the title of the discharge.)
