“Final Fantasy” developer Square Enix has launched most of the beloved Japanese RPG sequence’ soundtracks onto streaming platforms within the United States for the primary time, as The A.V. Club factors out. Albums together with Nobuo Uematsu’s scores for the unique 8-bit games and his iconic work on “Final Fantasy VII” and “Final Fantasy VIII” can now be discovered on Spotify and Apple Music. Yoko Shimomura’s soundtrack for the latest installment, “Final Fantasy XV,” is streaming now as properly. Find all of them right here on Spotify.

In 2016, Florence + the Machine contributed new music to “Final Fantasy XV.” Their cover of the Ben E. King classic “Stand By Me” soundtracked one of many game’s trailers.
