Fast & Furious game coming from Project CARS studio

The Fast & Furious movie franchise is coming to consoles and PC subsequent 12 months with a brand new video game: Fast & Furious Crossroads, pitched as a “team-based, vehicular-heist action game” that stars Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, and Tyrese Gibson reprising their roles as Dom, Letty, and Roman, respectively.

Slightly Mad Studios will launch Fast & Furious Crossroads on PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One in May 2020, the identical month that the ninth Fast & Furious film hits theaters.

According to an announcement from writer Bandai Namco, Fast & Furious Crossroads will characteristic “an authentic storyline … packed with heroes, gadgets, cars and non-stop cinematic-style action.” The racing game will characteristic a single-player story mode and a “soon-to-be-revealed multiplayer mode.”

That single-player story mode may even characteristic actors Sonequa Martin-Green (Star Trek: Discovery, The Walking Dead) and Asia Kate Dillon (Billions, John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum).

Fast & Furious Crossroads is being developed by Slightly Mad Studios, the workforce behind the Project CARS collection. Slightly Mad was not too long ago acquired by Codemasters.
