While Onimusha hasn’t appeared on the board yet, another title I’m highly anticipating — Grasshopper Manufacture’s Romeo is a Dead Man (directed by Suda 51, known for Killer7 and No More Heroes) — has also received a classification.

Unlike Pragmata’s relatively mild rating, the South Korean board listed Romeo is a Dead Man as “not for minors”, citing (via machine translation) intense violence and strong coarse language — including words rendered in the translation as “f*ck,” “shit,” “f*cker up,” and “motherfucker.” The phrasing sounds perfectly in line with Suda 51’s trademark, over-the-top scripts.

Ratings like these usually appear when a game is nearing completion and often precede official release-date announcements. The most likely venue for such reveals — barring a surprise State of Play — would be The Game Awards in early December. Call it contrarian taste or just personal preference, but these two games are among my most eagerly awaited for 2026 — to the point where neither GTA 6 nor Wolverine even top my list. So for me, this is exciting news.
