The marketing campaign in Battlefield 5 will concentrate on tales which haven’t been explored an excessive amount of in video video games.

DICE desires to concentrate on a number of the lesser known stories of World War 2 in Battlefield 5’s single-player marketing campaign.

As beforehand reported, the War Stories construction from Battlefield 1 returns in Battlefield 5. Different characters can be featured in varied, “unexpected” theaters with self-contained missions.

One story stars a younger resistance fighter in 1943 Norway who’s “about to pay the unthinkable price to save her family.”

DICE artistic director Lars Gustavsson mentioned the group looked for varied tales to inform which happened after 1942, the setting of the unique Battlefield recreation Battlefield 1942.

Gustavsson mentioned the hope is that gamers will “walk away with a different perspective on the war.”

Battlefield 5, or Battlefield “V for Victory” if you’ll, releases worldwide on October 19.

Those who pre-order the Deluxe Edition can play two days early on October 17. EA Access and Origin Access members can take part in a Play First trial on October 11.

It will not feature a Premium Pass.
