The Grim Medicine set has returned to the Fortnite Item Shop after 1,080 days.
After being blacklisted from returning to the Item Shop since the start of the pandemic, the full Grim Medicine set is now available in today's rotation. The set contains the following cosmetics:
- Plague Outfit (1,500 V-Bucks)
- Scourge Outfit (1,500 V-Bucks)
- Lamplight Glider (800 V-Bucks)
- Herald's Wand Pickaxe (800 V-Bucks)
To collect the set, head to the Item Shop tab in Fortnite and scroll to the 'Featured Items' section. The cosmetics are expected to remain available for just one rotation.
