This mod is safe to install at any time. I never ever recommend uninstalling a mod. Mod authors don't do it, neither should you.
There are a fair number of records to place the candles in worldspace - I ran a scanning script on Xedit, and this mod did not turn up as a candidate to be flagged as an .esl, sorry.  If I am wrong, please give me a working .esl and I'll happily upload it.

What does it do?

This mod places an animated candle at every vanilla worldspace occurrence of candles in the game.
This mod gives all unlit candles a wick.
This mod replaces the workshop menu place vanilla candles with animated variants.

What is special about your candles?
There is an animated flame and a wick.
The flame glare you see in the screenshots is a -mesh-, you will get a nice small, pretty glare with or without ENB.
The wax itself varies in brightness as you would expect from a real candle.

What the hell do you mean they are 'synchronized'

Look at the animated gif above. The brightness of the wax varies in time to the brightness of the glare.
The glare itself moves with the flame animation
There is a small light emitter in the mesh that casts a light which varies in brightness with the wax as well over very short distances to add ambience.
Each candle type has a very slightly varied loop time, helping to reduce the 'chorus line dancing' effect of every flame on screen flickering to the same beat.

What makes this better than the other candle mods?
The additional nicontrollers doing what is described above for the candles.
I do not alter precombines. Load it up without worrying about that.
I do not change any actual lighting in the game - what you have is what you have. Each candle emits a 'neighboring' ambient light roughly the size of an NPC's head to cast an ambient flicker on anything very close to it. This radius is so small as to not affect room lighting.

Wow, that is a really cool Power Armor helmet, apple, and Haynes T-60 manual in the screenshot above. Where can I get them?
They are part of my upcoming quest mod and sequel to "The Bleachers: A Diamond City Story" so yeah... when that comes out, have at.

Pra and Whisper each gave me a script to do the candle placement work via Xedit. They both gave me a functional script and so both donated their time to this mod. Whose script did I use? I'm not telling. I'm just glad to have their help.
CyberDanz and Marvesly for the awesome screenshots.
