Puma will soon release a series of sneakers made in collaboration with the popular MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV by Square Enix.

The collection revealed by the Japanese website Sneakerwars (via 4Gamer) includes two classic Slipstream models and two RS-X models. The colors are combinations of white. blue and green for two of the models, and black and purple for the other two, reflecting the theme of Light and Darkness.

Other accents include the game's popular "Fat Cat" minion, Meteor logos, and crystal charms.

The sneakers will be released in Japan on March 15, 2023, and all models will be priced at 17,050 yen, which translates to approximately $125 at the current exchange rates. At the moment of this writing, a release outside of Japan has not been announced.

You can check out the images of the sneakers below.

Final Fantasy XIV is currently available for PS5, PS4, and PC both on Steam and via stand-alone client. The game is one of the most popular MMORPGs on the planet, having pulled a basically miraculous recovery with its relaunch as "A Realm Reborn" in 2013 after its original release in 2010.

After its fourth expansion "Endwalker," it currently counts 27 million registered accounts worldwide. Just a few days ago, the new edition of the annual Little Ladies' Day seasonal event has been launched. The game will soon receive the 6.35 update including the Eureka Orthos Deep Dungeon, another chapter of the "Somehow Further Hildibrand Adventures" quest chain, further steps for the Manderville weapons and Splendorous tools, the brand new Loporrit Tribal Quests, and a super-cute ear wiggle emote.

If you're more into in-game fashion, you can check out the latest addition to the Final Fantasy XIV online store, Alisaie's outfit and hairstyle
