The gun-swap exploit allowed users to fire the shotgun far quicker than intended by toggling between the weapon and a quick-use item. That exploit, which could make encounters especially frustrating when used by coordinated squads, has also been addressed.
Because the developer described this as a “very hot fix,” expect additional small adjustments as the update rolls out across platforms. If you’re jumping back into raids, be alert for any lingering quirks related to locked doors, loot, or other extraction-shooter systems.
The Arc Raiders mascot, Scrappy the rooster, was modelled on a real bird that famously interrupted a dev Zoom meeting and was photoscanned in as a placeholder “we’ll definitely replace later.”
